I never review things, but I'm making an exception for this. I'm cooking for a family of five including two teenage boys. I can make a quiche with 7 eggs in this for thick, perfectly cooked slices of quiche. I haven't tried it yet for fruit pies, but I'm looking forward to trying.

Served a simple turkey potpie from leftover Thanksgiving turkey to my family and they were wowed over the dish which helped cover me on the the not-so-special ordinary pie, lol. You can pile on the filling with this DEEP pan. I don't consider it pricing, you pay for what you get with Emile Henry bake-ware. From oven to table with pride. Get yourself a silicone or some sort of no-scratch knife and/or pie slicer/server and treat this pan with the care it deserves. Next up VERY deep-dish apple pie.

Ich habe diese wunderschöne Pie Form zusammen mit der rechteckigen Auflaufschale (in der Farbe Figue) bestellt. Als ich das Paket öffnete und die Schalen zum Vorschein kamen war es sofort um mich geschehen - ich habe mich sofort in sie verliebt ;-). Die Farbe Grand Cru ist ein wunderschöner intensiver Rotton. Auch die runde Pie-Form besitzt den wunderschönen außergewöhnlichen Wellenrand und wird somit auch beim Servieren auf dem Tisch zum echten Blickfang - sieht einfach toll aus, meine Gäste waren auch begeistert. Auch bei dieser Form wie für Ton-Formen aus Frankreich üblich ist diese hier von sehr schöner schwerer Top-Qualität, es backt nichts an, man kann darin schneiden und wichtig sie lässt sich sehr gut reinigen - ist sogar Spülmaschinen geeignet. Die Wärmeleitung und vor allem Speicherung ist hervorragend. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist hier ebenfalls mehr als TOP, man bekommt perfekte Qualität zum kleinen Preis. Wer die Formen aus Frankreich kennt weiß das diese dort sehr teuer sind. Ich liebe die runde wie auch die eckige Form und es werden mit großer Sicherheit noch mehr! Die Auswahl an Formen und vor allem auch Farben ist groß. Klare Kaufempfehlung für diese Pie-Form! Schon alleine wegen dem schönen Aussehen ;-)
