Upon receiving the product, I found that the delivered graphics card does not match the specifications stated in the advertisement. Specifically, the graphics card I received lacks a vapor chamber and a 3x8 pin power supply, which was clearly stated on web site.Considering the current state of the graphics card market, I find the return of the item and a refund extremely unacceptable and disappointing. XFX and their EU representative have not offered an alternative solution, such as replacing the card with a more powerful model, which has caused additional disappointment.

Great GPU from XFX, it's BIG so take care with your case. Also, it has 2 6+2 pins for power and no vapor champer as was advertised by mistake from XFX. The NR INFO seller was great, helped me a lot with my questions!
