Since Linux kernel 5.4 this display won't work as a mini display fb1 framebuffer as fbtft_device has been removed from the kernel. It relies on fbtft_device module and there appears to be no Raspberry Pi Device tree option to make this screen work, so it is in effect useless with the latest Raspbian Buster. It's taken me nearl 5 hours of testing & research to come to this conclusion! As this person was kind enough to state, on top of this amazon will not provide refunds despite having knowledge that the device doesn't work.

Lo schermo di per se funziona molto bene ma i driver non sono aggiornati e bisogna usare una versione del sistema operativo più vecchia, il che porta molti problemi di compatibilità con altre eventuali applicazioni.Inoltre il campo visivo dello schermo è molto limitato, si vede bene solo quando è posto in verticale, altrimenti ogni minimo spostamento dell'angolazione distrugge i colori.

En fait, l'écran doit afficher une image, Il faut la construire puis l'afficherPour remplacer un texte, il faut dessiner un rectangle de la couleur du fond pour cacher l'ancien texte : pas pratique.Et je n'ai pas trouvé comment changer la font. L'écran est aussi un peu lent (ne changer que ce qui doit l'être lors d'un changement de valeur). Et je regrette que le connecteur GPIO ne soit pas de profondeur standard. Mais sinon, ça fonctionne.

No instructions provided at all. Not for amateur use, fairly complicated to setup.
