This item is as pictured. It does appear to be water resistant I'm not sure that it's waterproof. If used on the ground would provide a barrier between the ground and the person especially if the ground was damp. Seems to be easy to clean. Folds up nicely using velcro and a carabiner. It is lightweight. Easy to use. In terms of comfort it's not that padded so wouldn't provide a lot of cushioning it's pretty firm would work for stadium seating and camping but again more of a barrier not providing a lot of cushioning.

I know this item is more suited to campers and hikers, but I just got it and am finding it so handy around our property. First, I like it for my side-by-side seat because the seat is always damp or dirty. Ditto on the tractor and skid steer seats. Additionally, we are always working in the woods or on trails and this pad is perfect for sitting on logs or boulders.I like that it is small and compacts to a tiny square with a carabiner ring. It’s so tiny that it will fit in my side-by-side glove box or the tool box on the tractor. It is not terribly thick, but I want it more for keeping me out of damp and dirty situations and not so much for comfort reasons. It is made well and seems like it will last. The fabric seems really durable. For the price, it is really a good deal. I’m going to get a few more to have them in vehicles for when we are away from home.

The seat pad is pretty comfortable, but not really thick enough to make you forget you are sitting on concrete. Ideal for light use or a short sit, this pad is water proof and easily stowable. The materials seem very durable, waterproof and easily cleaned. The pad can be folded up and easily stowed in a bag or clipped to a backpack for quick set up. Highly recommended for a smaller person or kid considering its durability, size and ease of use. for anyone with a bit more weight or width - this might not be adequate padding for comfort for more than 30 min of sitting on a hard surface.

I LOVE mother Ocean, but I cannot stand the sand! Especially coming back into my car. This product is absolutely great for when I need to get away and take a seat. I also bring this item along with me to photoshoots so that my models feel comfortable to sit without getting their clothing dirty.

The Sportneer Sitting Pad is a decent sitting pad to keep your butt warm. The pad is very portable and really easy to use. It doesn't add a lot of cushion but it does keep you from sitting on cold metal bleachers and gives a bit of cushion. It's not perfect but it's great for what I'm needing it for.
