Cómo hacer que sus aparatos con cable sean inteligentes
El Módulo IO frient actúa como un puente entre sus dispositivos analógicos con cable y su red de domótica inalámbrica, para que pueda hacer que sus dispositivos analógicos funcionen con su sistema de domótica. Se puede instalar en diferentes tipos de dispositivos, como persianas eléctricas, puertas de garaje o bombas de calor.
Controle sus dispositivos con cable a distancia
Con el Módulo IO conectado a un dispositivo con cable, puede controlar fácilmente el dispositivo a distancia con su smartphone. Esto le permite, por ejemplo, controlar a distancia su bomba de calor eléctrica de su casa de vacaciones cuando no esté allí.
Automatización del hogar
El Módulo IO también es ideal para crear funciones automáticas en el hogar, como cerrar las persianas eléctricas cuando brilla el sol o abrir la puerta del garaje cuando llegue con el coche.

Para controlar una puerta de garaje, necesitaba un módulo capaz de enviar el comando (Switch 116 en HA) y también obtener el estado de apertura/cierre del interruptor de contacto de límite en la rueda del motor (Binary input en HA). No hay muchos módulos Zigbee con esta última opción. Reemplaza un Fib_ Smart Implant que no siempre enviaba el estado en mi configuración. Este módulo Frient es 100% confiable hasta ahora, instalado hace unos meses.

This device is quite unique on the market, I don't think there any other Zigbee device with dual dry contact relay and multiple inputs, so my expectations were very high. Unfortunately, I got somewhat disappointed. First of all, the device itself is quite compact (which is a good thing!) but the wire terminals are very small, much smaller than you'd find on any smart relay. Maybe it's just me, but the glossy white plastic feels cheap to me. I wouldn't even mention this if that would be a noname 5€ relay, but from a ~60€ product I was expecting premium quality. Ironically, the packaging feels more premium than the product itself.Anyway, the biggest disappointment happened later when the device did not turn on from a 26V DC power supply. I also tried 5V power supply which I had at hands but to no avail, the device does not turn on if powered on the wire terminals. Luckily the microUSB power input still worked and everything else in the device too so with an awkward workaround for power supply I was able to finish the project. I really don't like using the microUSB and I would have sent the faulty device back but I was limited in time to finish the project and given the fact all the functions I needed worked perfectly I had to leave everything as it is.Please also keep in mind that the manual supplied with the product is very limited and there's nothing more you can find on the website. For example, in the marketing materials it is said the relay can work in pulse mode but nowhere in the docs you can find about the way you can utilize this. For the proper documentation search for the original product Develco IOMZB-110.

Das Modul wurde bei mir direkt in Home Assistant mit ZHA (Zigbee Home Automation) erkannt.Ich habe aktuell zwei dieser Module im Einsatz (aktuell nur die Eingänge) und ich hatte bislang keine Probleme.Den Preis finde ich etwas hoch, aber ich brauche auch nicht viele dieser Module, und die Qualität scheint auch zu passen.

I used this to connect my existing wired alarm sensors; 2 x motion + 2 x door sensors, has been working fine.

Tried to pair this device with 4 ZigBee hubs:-Alexa Dot 4th generation: can't detect- Home assistant: detected but not fully functional.- Sonoff ZigBee 3.0: can't detect- Tuya ZigBee 3.0: can't detect- Smart Life: can't detect.This is a pricey device that is not compatible with most popular ZigBee 3.0 systems.Waste of money.
