Lots to learn to use this guitar processor, but I am impressed 9n all respects. Service when I thought there was a problem (there was not, I was just being stupid about removing the cover of a connector port for USB) was absolutely excellent.

This is a fun device for a guitarist. I purchased one to play / rehearse songs written in open tunings. In my opinion Midi guitar didn’t catch on because it’s not exactly plug and play- I purchased a GraphTech Ghost system; the accuracy is impressive- The Boss sounds included in tge system along with the Cosmos modeling system creates premium sound scapesIf you wanna playBuy one of theseIm glad I finally did

Was aprehensive about buying this but now I'm really pleased II did, the pick up worked so well all I've adjusted was the sensitivity. Easy. Sounds amazing and such a huge variety of tones to create - there's a free (donations welcome) editor online which makes it a doddle to create your own signature sounds. Different tunings for patches is easy and you can create a separate user tuning for each patch too. Mute strings or have different volumes on different strings. Different sounds on different strings. The acoustic guitars are simply stunning and will make recording without miking up a pleasure.Only thing I'd love to add would be an up/down selection process for changing patches as the bank select (two pedals at once then up or down then ctl) then select one of three sounds in the bank is fiddley especially if you use more than three patches in one song... Perhaps a Godin xtsa which can select the next patch with one flip of a switch will be my next purchase... Who knows
