Con este fondo ya no se me ve los cables que van al acuario, lo que no me ha gustado es que aunque lo sujete con cinta de doble cara no se queda pegado al cristal.

We have a fishtank whose only viable spot is on a windowledge in a south-facing window. That means that the tank gets a LOT of light. We often need to put in algae-control chemicals, but even those can't control the blooms we get without almost poisoning the fish. So we tended to lean a piece of cardboard against the back of the aquarium. Of course, you can see the cardboard through the aquarium and it looks awful. So, I decided to look for a nicer-looking solution. We have a 20litre tank, so it's quite small. I found this product on Amazon and gave it a try.You can put this inside the fishtank or outside. Crazy as that sounds, this is a scene printed directly onto a plastic film, so there's no paper to get wet. If you can affix it to the back of the tank using magnets or just the suction of the water itself, it will happily sit inside the tank. Alternatively, you can stick it to the outside of the tank at the back using the same mechanism; either a magnet, or blu-tack or just get it wet and stick it to the glass.I chose to just get it wet and it's stuck onto the glass perfectly and hasn't come off in two months, even during a water change where I moved the tank about. So, what do you do? When it arrives, you measure your tank, take out your scissors and cut the film sheet so that it fits the back wall of the Aquarium. The film's double-sided so you can have a forest brook or a tidal pool.. I chose the tidal pool, it looks lovely.Once cut to size, you get it wet then smooth it over the back side of the tank. You may need more affixing, but just that worked for me.Why did I put it on the outside and not on the inside? I'm glad you asked! It's because if I put it on the inside, there's still water between the film and the glass at the back of the fishtank, so the sunlight makes algae bloom BEHIND the film screen. I tried it like that at first, but when I removed the film, the whole back of the tank was green, and it was spreading. So, I've put it on the outside of the tank, and I went a whole month without needing anti-algae chemical. The catfish were mostly able to handle whatever algae came up, and i just topped up the chemical once, which made the green subside back down.During the day, the film lets a little light through, which is an unusual effect to see the reef rocks glowing, but at night when the tank's light is on, the background looks amazing, and I'm sure the fish LOVE IT! :)

Me ha faltado un par de cm para cubrir toda la pecera de altura y me ha sobrado un poco por anchura. Por el resto todo bien

I only wanted this for the pebble one, and it is a very good price considering it includes delivery (£5.17). It fits the tank well, the measurements are correct. High quality picture and an asset to my sons coldwater aquarium.
