El producto decía que alcance 5 kilómetros apróximadamente pero no llega a 300 metros. Yo necesito una distancia de un 1,5 km así que lo he tenido que devolver y comprar otro/s de marca Motorola.

Dos 8 equipamentos adquiridos, 4 deixaram de funcionar passado 3 meses. Problema de som, microfone e com o Botão PTT. Várias tentativas de contacto com o fabricante, para obter suporte, sem sucesso.

First, this works, but it's a children's toy - as acknowledged by the instructions booklet. Why is it advertised as an adult walkie/talkie is a complete mistery to me. It's clearly a toy. There is no way in hell this is "professional" w/t or that you can rely on this for safety when hiking /outdoors.Second, this is NOT waterproof. They are simply lying about this. This is cheap plastic without any waterproofing. A few drops of rain would likely kill it. Really annoyed by this.Third, the maximum range is 1.5 km per the instructions booklet not 5km claimed in the advert. In practice it's even less - few hundred meters out in the open, few tens of meters in a city. This makes a big difference and makes them really useless other than as a toy.Really annoyed by this because the advert claimed waterproof devices, "professional" quality and 5km range.Then, there are no instructions on how to charge this. Nothing on the paper sheet included. Yes, it's obvious you can plug in microUSB, but is it charging? What's the battery level? How to know it's fully charged?Finally, batteries are nowhere near 1500mAh capacity, the plastic casing is so light I'd be surprised this has more than 200mAh inside. And it's highly unlikely the battery is lithium based - it's been charging for 6 hours already and still showing red light - most likely these are cheap ni-cd or ni-mh cells inside. This is bad because these will lose charge on their own after a few days so you might be left out of juice when you need these most. Again, this is a kids toy, why would they advertise it as "professional" equipment is outrageous.It should also be noted these are two packs of two, not a pack of four. Makes no difference other than wasting some extra cardboard.

Great product bought these for my hotel staff and they love them, good sound and quality.Sadly Only worked for about 6 months and the batteries are dead.Bought replacement batteries but they were the wrong ones…no where for the lead to go in to charge unfortunately, looks like these batteries requires charging on cradle which I don’t have.Where can I purchase replacement batteries for them please?
