Acheté pour remplacer les anciens devenus trop fins sur un saxhorn baryton et un trombone. Je ne les trouve pas top. Installation facile mais ne tienne pas trop en place et pas parfaitement étanche .Je préférai ceux en caoutchouc qu’en liège mais je n’en ai pas trouvé

I notice my trumpet was leaking spit and playing high notes loudly was more difficult than usual...I ordered these because I could get them delivered next day,Out of the 20 I got, 3 look dodgy but 17 are the same quality I'd get in a music shop.Swaping the old cork for the new one took about 30 seconds:- use a knife to push the old one out (the glue was very very weak, so I didn't need to scrape anything)- compress the new one a little bit so it would fit in the receptacle- use the hand to strongly close the spit valve for a few seconds and make sure the seal is goodI recommend taking the slide out, so you manouver more easily. Also, it's easier to cover one hole with your finger and blow through the other, so you can test the cork seal is ok.My Yamaha YTR-8445 is up to tip-top shape again.I can tell there's no air leaking. Once again, playing high notes loud is almost the same as playing them quietly.I should have bought these way earlier. Pretty sure air was leaking for months. Never again.It's so cheap and effective... every trumpet player should stock a bunch of these.Same as oil and grease. Just buy it and check the seal once in a while.
