Ce "hat" est super bien pensé : il suffit de l'enficher sur le raspberry pi 5 pour bénéficier du POE.Attention toutefois :- en POE vous serez limités à 15W (comme indiqué sur la fiche produit)- si le raspberry a besoin de plus de puissance, il vaut mieux passer en POE+ (et avoir 30W), en pensant bien à faire la modification signalée plus bas dans une autre commentaire :usb_max_current_enable=1à ajouter dans le fichier config.txt.J'aime beaucoup le fait que l'on puisse continuer à utiliser le boitier officiel, c'est juste dommage que l'on ne puisse plus empiler d'autres hat sur le raspberry.

I have several of these for the RPi5 and this one is another solid design. It's simple, fairly compact, and works as expected, as is typical for Waveshare products (I've not had any bad experiences with them).

He tenido bastantes problemas con otros productos para RPi debido a que no tengo mucha experiencia usando sus extensiones o desconocer el hecho que para poder usar PoE hace falta tener ciertos aparatos que lo soporten (no cualquier conmutador o encaminador sirven).He podido informarme más acerca de PoE en otro producto que al menos venía con manual y un enlace para encontrar más información en su wiki, sin embargo, el presente artículo viene con una caja, tuercas y tornillos.En mi caso particular, debido a que cada uno de los otros productos traían inclusive su propio destornillador (por lo tanto ya tengo varios), no me hace falta otro, pero si éste hubiese sido mi primera extensión, probablemente habría usado un cuchillo u otro utensillo a modo de destornillador.Por otra parte, ya que no tiene manual, no sé exactamente las diferencias entre este modelo y otros (que cubren toda o gran parte de la RPi), ya que aquellos venían con extensiones de los GPIO para que se puedan utilizar incluso después de colocar el HAT.

This hat arrived in the standard waveshare packaging, which is an appropriately sized white cardboard box with a small waveshare logo printed onto it. Inside that the board is protected by a resealable ESD-safe pouch and you also get a set of brass standoffs and the required screws for affixing the hat to a Pi5 in a smaller grip-seal bag..There aren’t any physical instructions packed into the box with the product, not even a QR code or link to the official documentation which is a little disappointing. Though there isn’t much to know about this product as it’s mostly plug and play. If you want it, It’s also not difficult to find the documentation for any of the Waveshare products on their official wiki, but it’d still be nice to even get a simple QR code link printed onto the box at the very least.As usual, the product itself is wonderfully made, with no physical or electrical defects present. I was able to press this onto my PI and had no issues powering and providing a wired network connection via a single ethernet port from a PoE switch. I haven’t had any issues with over or under voltage and the hat seems to be happy to provide more than enough power for whatever usb devices I'd typically plug into my Pi5.This is one type of the many PoE hat boards Waveshare produces for the entire family of Pi boards and this one is specifically built to be compatible with the official Pi5 case, which it does well without limiting the cooling from the case fan. The only thing to keep in mind here is that this hat will not work with the official active cooler or other cooling towers, but Waveshare does have different formfactors of the PoE hat with built in fans for the people who aren’t interested in using cases.The biggest reason to consider using, learning with and developing with waveshare products for me is that the documentation and support is top-notch. If you have an issue or have no idea where to get started, the documentation or the support team can help you out and point you in the right direction to get you going again.No complaints from me, this is an easy product to recommend if you’re after a PI hat capable of turning your Pi5 into a PoE capable device without any real effort other than pressing the hat into place, tightening a few small screws and plugging in an ethernet cable connected to a PoE compliant source.

El Waveshare PoE para Raspberry Pi 5 es una excelente opción para alimentar tu dispositivo a través de Ethernet. Ofrece una salida estable de 5V 5A, perfecta para proyectos que necesitan potencia extra. Lo he usado con la carcasa oficial de Raspberry Pi 5 y encaja perfectamente.

Ottimo modulo poe.Il più piccolo che abbia trovato.Montato e collegato senza problemi.Attenzione: nonostante sia ridotto nelle dimensioni non può coesistere con la ventola ufficiale che si monta sul pi.Mentre va bene la soluzione della ventola del case ufficiale.
